We are pleased to announce the 2010 Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference to be held May 5-7 at Disney's Yacht Club Resort (Walt Disney World® Resort.) The Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference is one of the premier coal conferences in the country. Attendees at the conference consist of industry leaders that gather to share their ideas and thoughts concerning all aspects of the coal industry. Conference presentations include topics such as: coal supply, coal transportation, market updates, environmental issues impacting coal and coal contracting issues.

The 2009 conference held at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort (Walt Disney World® Resort) had a record attendance and received very favorable reviews. We would like to thank all of our sponsors for their continued support of the Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference.

Cancellations

Cancellations received by April 7, 2010 (4 weeks) are fully refundable. Cancellations received between April 8 and April 21 (2 weeks) are 50% refundable. No refunds are allowed after April 22, 2010, however, a substitute may attend in your place. In the event that the Conference is cancelled, the 2010 Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference is limited to refund of the event registration only.

Mineral Labs, Inc. will again sponsor the Golf Tournament scheduled for Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Please indicate on the registration form if you are planning to participate in the Golf Tournament.
