DISNEY'S MAGICAL EXPRESS / AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Disney’s Magical Express is a new service that features round-trip complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery direct from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort guest room.

Two Ways to Make Your Disney’s Magical Express Reservation:

1. You can make the Magical Express reservation with the Group Reservations Office at the same time you make your room reservation.  Call  407-827-6777  to make your Magical Express Reservation.
2. You can use the on-line reservation request form for Disney’s Magical Express at:  Link
   NOTE:  you must have a room reservation before you can make a Magical Express reservation.

OFF-SITE DINNER OPTIONS

• Steakhouse: All meat is cooked over oak fired grill in an on-stage kitchen.
• Nice: New American, seafood-driven menu with beef, poultry and vegetarian selections.
• Casual: Mediterranean cuisine, vegetarian-friendly, cuisine inspired from the coastal regions of Spain, Italy, France, Greece, and Turkey.

Also:

• Cuisine from the South of France--modern, flavorful, light French food using the freshest and best ingredients and herbs.

There is a 20% service charge for planning your off-site dinner and well worth any headaches of finding the right location, checking for availability, obtaining menus, reservation and table set-up.

CHILDCARE OPTIONS

Sandcastle Club - Children ages 4 - 12  View the Printable Brochure

• Location: Off Beach Club hotel lobby near the Beach Club Marketplace
• Hours: 4:30 p.m. - Midnight
• Charge: $11.25 per hour per each child. 2 hour minimum charge.
• Age: 4 to 12 - All children must be toilet trained.
• Reservations: Call (407)WDW-DINE in advance or from the resort Ext. 3750 from 4:30 p.m. to Midnight daily.  Please supply the child’s age and name.
• Features: Group child care featuring free arcade games, Sega/Nintendo video games, board games, big screen TV, “play” kitchen, movies, dolls and stuffed animals, arts & crafts, coloring books and much more.
• Meals: Served between 6pm and 8pm included in hourly rate.  Selections include: Chicken Strips, Hot Dog with French Fries, Macaroni and Cheese, or Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich.  (No outside food please.)

Reservations are held for 30 minutes, after which they are released for walk-ins.  A credit card guarantee is required for booking and a No-Show Charge of $16 per child will apply to parties that do not arrive as scheduled.  Same day cancellations are subject to the No- Show Charge.  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so as not to be charged.  All prices and hours are subject to change.

In-Room Babysitting

Kid's Nite Out Caregivers can provide one-on-one, in-room childcare in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort room. The professional staff of Kid's Nite Out gives your child individual attention by playing a variety of fun-filled activities including reading books, coloring, or playing "I Spy" games. Kid's Nite Out can also provide a fun, well-trained sitter to just hang out with your family if you need a father's/mother's helper. Kid's Nite Out also plans and works children's parties, camps, and children's theme conventions. Services are available 24/7.

Kid's Nite Out Caregivers provide a memorable and nurturing atmosphere and have hands on training and childcare experience. The sitters are over the age of 18 years and are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid. Each applicant is interviewed and required to provide detailed references and a thorough background check. Kid's Nite Out is insured and bonded.

In Room Child Care is available for guest 6 months to 12 years old.  Guests should call Kid's Nite Out for additional details. Phones are answered from 8am to 9pm daily.
