Mail the completed Conference Registration Form with a check payable to the “OUC”

Early Registration fee of $450 must be received by Friday, February 24, 2012.  The registration fee after Friday, February 24, 2012 and until Friday, April 20, 2012 is $500.  This year on-site registration will be available for a cost of $550 Please be sure to get your registration in early!

Cancellations

Cancellations received by April 6, 2012 (4 weeks) are fully refundable. Cancellations received between April 7 and April 20 (2 weeks) are 50% refundable. No refunds are allowed after April 20, 2012; however, a substitute may attend in your place. In the event that the Conference is cancelled, the 2012 Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference is limited to refund of the event registration only.

We are pleased to announce the Golf Tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, May 9, at 8:30 AM at Disney’s Osprey Golf Course.  Please indicate on the registration form if you are planning to participate in this event and your golf-pairing request.
